[ARC5] Image attachments

Folks:

 

The maximum permitted file size and the ability to send attachments through
the list are two different things.  I have been experimenting with trying to
send a small test image and as you can see it still doesn't work.  Never
has.  I seem to remember, from years ago, that it is the policy of qth.net
to strip all images and attachments from all emails passing through their
servers, regardless of size.  

 

Since my tests have failed I have emailed the qth.net management for
clarification.  This may still be policy but perhaps we can ask for an
exception.  Will keep you posted.
