I read something online about this. Sadly, not long after the law went into effect new technology was developed which allowed the perps to cover their trail. The feds were, at the time this article was written, working feverishly on a solution. I love to get into their faces, first question I ask is “have you considered getting a legitimate job?”

We have that np-call list here too but I suspect it has been hijacked or 
sold and is now used by the telemarketers to generate new phone leads.
