I communicated with the seller and it turns out they are moving next week.  Clearly, what they are selling is a bunch of stuff that they found around their place and then just clumped a lot of it together.

As for the referenced item, my suggestion would be if you wanted the 0.520-1.5 MHZ set, the ARR-1 adapter box, the MC-211's and maybe the connectors, tell them to just box up that stuff and throw the rest away.  That should get the shipping cost down to somewhat below the $39 or whatever it is.
