[ARC5] "Re-Banding" SCR-274N

I started on 30M right at the beginning also; using the Meissner VFO for the
US Army WW2 150B transmitter.
The outboard VFO was a variant of the 1939 Signal Shifter, runs 5W from a
6L6, and came with a full set of plug in coils.
For the past 12 years or so it is paired with a 1934 National FB-XA as my
vintage 160-17M QRP station of choice.
