[ARC5] ARC-2 Defines "Broad as a Barn"

The ARR-15 uses the variable IF feature only during the CAL
(calibration) mode. A while back someone on these lists described a
modification that switched a mechanical filter into the IF chain when
operating in the RECEIVE mode and out for CAL.
