If you are running Orcad in a Windows machine, I use a program called CutePDF. This installs as a printer. When you print to the CutePDF printer it generates a PDF document of whatever you printed. This is how I publish schematics and PCB layouts for others to view. I kinda remember a DOS utility that used the print screen key to do something similar, but I think it saved the screen as a BMP.

I liked Orcad much better than some of the newer CAD packages because it didn't enforce rules that make it difficult to draw intuitive schematics. In my opinion, most of the new schematic capture programs are really nothing more than a way to generate net lists for the PCB program. With very few exceptions, anything that isn't a discrete component is a box with wires.
