[ARC5] ARC 5 transmitter scale replacement

I have replaced the Command Tx Loading coil window with modern Lexan and 
glued the scale portion of a thin, transparent mm scale at the bottom. From 
a distance it looks original, and for working purposes, you can record the 
position on the scale where you get best antenna performance. The problem is 
for the higher frequency Txs, the spacing between the scale markings gets 
wider than the mm scale. Still, it's quite safe and probably won't collapse 
like the nitro did.
