[ARC5] Partial BC-348-R at Auction

Mike,

I've no idea why someone would pay $1125 for any BC-348, although I had a 
guy with money he doesn't think he can ever spend all of offer me $600 for a 
DY-17A (up to three of them, in fact).

I went back to check the dynamotor current rating but the photos 
disappeared right after the auction ended, and there is a huge white space.  The 
dynamotor in the photo is probably the dynamotor proper off of either a DM-32 or 
DY-2.  Which means the B- is grounded.  A better choice if someone has a 
salvaged DM-28 base sans dynamotor is the one off of DM-36.  Approximately the 
same electrical ratings as DM-28 but smaller.  And it has an ungrounded 
negative HV brush.
