[ARC5] Partial BC-348-R at Auction

This BC-348-R is above $1100 after 17 bids:

Nice though it may be, it does NOT have the proper dynamotor installed.
Rather, some adaptation of a "DM-310" is where the DM-28-R should be.

The seller confirmed this, and stated that a DM-28-R is available for
an additional $150.

As expected, it's a bidding war between two people.  But...why would two
bidders be willing to sacrifice so much cash for any complete BC-348-R,
much less one missing the correct dynamotor?
