[ARC5] 1ST QSO with my BC-454-B and T-19

The jacks and relay were there all the time.

I added a ground from the PL-259 shield to the T-19 chassis, which was
attached to the PS ground by the big interconnect cable.   Now, antenna,
PS, and radios share a common ground.

Someone on this list did in fact ask me if the PS and radio was grounded
together, which they were.  But the coax shield didn't share that ground.
This should have been obvious to me, but sometimes I miss the obvious.....
