[ARC5] Followup: HV Fuse in BC-375

I found a gassy 211 and put it in the PA socket of the -375;
made myself a "fuse assassination" machine.

I built three more test fuses like this:

(The "real" replacements will have the Picofuse inside the tube,
 both for looks and for SAFETY's sake).

All three opened with no muss, no fuss.
No explosions, arcing or any other problems.
"Good Tube" tests with hours of operation have been entirely normal.

I'm sticking with it ;-)
