[ARC5] TCS Xtals

The BC-411 used the same holder which mounted two crystals, the  
transmit/receive  pair for a given channel.  The Coast Guard T-100  
transmitter also used the same holder (single crystal).
Have only run across one -411 unit in my travels (don't remember the  
channel freq.).
