[ARC5] BC-946 Tuning capacitor removal and panel straightening

I have several 85 KC BFO transformer units, NOS.  Don't know which set they 
were "officially" made for but given where they came from years ago, 
probably the R-23 or A.  $10 shipped CONUS and US Possessions.  About the same to 
Canada  and a little higher elsewhere.
