The BFO coil is the "fly in the ointment": in every one of the bastardized BC

So, where do we get that information?

Terry, a member of our list, is doing that. I am sending him an essentially
useable BC-453 chassis as soon as I possibly can.
I think he lucked out and has the BFO transformer/coil.
