[ARC5] BC-221 or LM Freq meter

These frequency sources are quite stable and repeatable, but I think it's a
good idea
to use them as they were originally intended. The cal book gives you a way
to interpolate
between calibrated reference points, which you locate with the appropriate
crystal
harmonic. Occasionally (depending on the temperature stability of your
environment,
etc) you zero-beat the xtal against some more globally constant standard.

So painstakingly recording settings at 100Hz settings or whatever seems like
overkill
to me. That's why I rather like the programmatic way of generating a set of
points from
a number of readings and then using them to interpolate.

I am trying hard not to let this creep onto my projects list, at least until
the weekend :)
