[ARC5] BC-221 or LM Freq meter

Find someone who has a GPSDO for a reference oscillator on his frequency
counter. Then dial, read, write. Make an Excel spreadsheet.

Simple.

You're most welcome. I took my last 221 and turned it into a TS-164 by
putting it in a different case so I could display it with an ART-13 and
BC-348 at our airshow here in Midland, Texas.
