[ARC5] R23A - Go Figure (Postage cost)

If you are a regular shipper and reasonably set up to do it, you can buy
Flat Rate stamps, pick up the boxes for free, add an eBay printed label,
and just charge the $4.95.

At $16, they are making $11 for under 5 minutes work. That's lawyer or two
plumbers hourly rate for a chimpanzee job.

Even w/o being setup, it takes me under 10 minutes/package.
