A bit O.T. I know but...  I think you'll find Tata, an  Indian firm, are 
making a car below that figure. 
 
Of course, if we are talking 5.6ltr, or 350 cubic etc, with  air con, 
heated seats, gun turret on top with 4x Vickers puff the magic dragon  slayers, 
etc ... then you'r probably right. 
 
But I think the Tata one has 4 wheels, seats 4 and gets  from A to B. What 
more do we need?
 
We all need to reduce our footprint, pointing no fingers of  course ! hi.
