Amen, brother.
Anyone with a credit card and time can buy a plastic radio and a 
computer and get DXCC.  Whoopee-doo... Why not just buy the
certificates to start with and save the tiny amount of trouble?
It takes determination and work to do what we BA people do.
When you get a cranky 70-year-old radio breathing again,
you've done something you can't buy.
