[ARC5] What a Terrible Shame

The VERY LAST thing I want to do is support, aid, or abet the hacking of
any military radio.

That said, in the 50s, Al Gore had not invented the Internet (flame
shields up) and if someone came into possession of something rare, they 
were almost certain not to know it was, in fact, rare.  Manuals were
scarce and copies were usually only a page or two. No Xerox, so scanning,
no .pdf, no email, ... Mimeo (which required re-typing) or offset
(expensive) ONLY.
