Not So Reliant Energy (formerly Houston Looting and Pillage) serves as a
large battery I guess. The advantage to the method (maybe I assumed that would be
obvious) is that the light bulb and AC line method, when it works (95+%),
doesn't require opening up the can to physically get at the contacts..
