[ARC5] RU-18 Band Control

The dual coil set remote control is CW-23054, basically the local control 
mounted to an aluminum disk with mounting holes in the disk.  The remote 
switching cable is CW-23052.  The RU-18/19 manual doesn't say so explicitly but from a 
photo in the GF-11/RU-16 manual, it appears that the difference between 
CW-23052 and the remote tuning cable CW-23021 is a male square drive end instead of 
the female large spline.  The cable itself looks to be the same. 

There was also a CW-23051 remote control for the loop/antenna switch.
