I don't think so.

The Diablo HyType IIs used either:

An INTERNAL power supply made by RO that goes into the printer body
cavity.
or
An external PS made by Diablo or a clone by Dynage(?) (blue cases)

Also, it takes +/- 15 and +5 volts.
