Perhaps, but if any of us can wait long enough, we could all have a shot
at a RAT. The ten or twenty known RAT parts will (mostly) eventually make
there way back into the market. That, and everyone has a price tag (if
someone came up and offered $50,000 for a RAT or RAV, I bet a few would go
up for sale!).
