Bill,
I would maintain that rarity has nothing to do with survival rate but could
be defined as the probability of finding and maybe acquiring one if you want
it. If two were built and two survived and several hundred people want one then
it's rare, despite the 100% survival rate. On the other hand, if two were
built and two survive and no one wants one, maybe it isn't rare??? :-)
