[ARC5] Spline bits

I picked up some bits at the market of fleas which included three (3) right 
angle spline adapters and one spline knob. The right angle adapters were of 
two types. One is marked "MC-211-A" and the other two are similar but I 
could only read the marks on one "MC-136". That last one had the spline knob 
attached and the knob was marked "MC-127". Do you guys know the identity of 
these? What equipment they were part of, &c.?
