[ARC5] arc5 as antenna tuner

I have to agree that an ARC-5 chassis would make a lousy base on which
to build an antenna tuner.  You would be better off mounting the parts
on a scrap of plywood.

However, I am just as sure that the caps and the coil out of an ARC-5
transmitter would handle more than 50 watts.  I have used ARC-5
transmitting variables as plate tuning caps in amps running about 500
watts input (pair of 811's).
