[ARC5] arc5 as antenna tuner

Yeh, I'll be the first to admit that 50w is pretty conservative, but the
plate spacing is a little tight for an order of magnitude power increase
if you live a mile above sea level - say in Denver or Albuquerque. I
have no doubt under ideal conditions (sea level QTH, antenna VSWR of
~1.0, etc.) you could even use them in a kilowatt rig, but there are so
many variables I would be a little hesitant to recommend anything much
over 50w. Fortunately, there is little to lose if something arcs over,
so experimentation is probably worth it.
I'm still trying to find the article in the depths of my basement -
seems like a tracking ability with both caps in a pi network might be a
slick thing to have in some situations. The only problem with taking
the parts out of the chassis is that the roller and cap mountings are a
bit more complex than the Johnson or B&W variety. On the other hand,
the prospect of using them in the original chassis isn't very pretty,
either....
