[ARC5] Screws - #3-48 for command sets

I've added some words to the subject line since it seems like I have
answered this question at least a dozen times since this reflector was
created...might help in future searches of the archives.  Someday we
ought to get around to all contributing to a FAQ since there seems to be
some perennial questions on certain aspects of command set restoration.

Load page 2856 at http://www.mcmaster.com/.  The ARC-5 screws are in the
*binding head* series, #3-48 size.  The stainless steel screws are quite
a close match to the original ARC-5 screws, BTW - I've ordered hundreds
of them and they have an infinitesimally larger head diameter than the
originals.  Not really noticeable unless you have vernier calipers
handy...  :-)  Current price is $7.53 for a box of 100, and McMaster
doesn't have a minimum order size.  The internal tooth lock washers are
on page 2985, and are $2.77 per hundred at the moment.
