It’s probably a HyGain CLR 2.

Thanks for all the replies. I've never owned anything CB so didn't know
what the score is/was. It doesn't appear that this one is anything more
than a 3 radial, tall ground plane with a small 3 wire top loading
gadget, each wire about 6 inch's or so in length! I almost want to say
it's an early Hy-gain unit but there are no markings on it that i can
see. I took it apart to clean the joints and clamps that holds the
various sections together so i didn't measure it for length, duh. The
radials have not been disassembled as yet so i can measure one of them
at least.
Two webpages i found for dimensions anyway are:
http://www.chem.hawaii.edu/uham/10.html
and
http://www.buxcomm.com/ground_plane_calculator.htm
I'll change my search criteria and see what else comes up. I have not
seen any charts showing bandwidth curves so not sure how far one can
move and stay within reasonable SWR limits, probably 2:1
Good reading from the list and i appreciate all the tips.
