[Antennas] CB groundplane ant etc

BUT,, ya gotta learn what the original design was.  If it was an 11 
meter 5/8 wave, cutting it to the measurements of a 1/4 wav 10 meter one 
will not work.

Ya have to know what ya got before modding it.
