[Antennas] tuning my 4-BTV

First, tune the Hustler without the Tuner in the line.
Then connect the Tuner into the line and let it make
any minor adjustments that may be needed.
Actually,  if the Hustler is properly adjusted the use
of the Tuner will just clutter up the shack.
