[Antennas] efficient antenna tuning

I have a bugcatcher tuned for 40m.
The antenna has a base matching coil that is now tuned
to match the antenna to my rig through the 80 plus feet of RG-213.
It's resonant (1 to 1) @ 7.100
band width (2 to 1 _to_ 2 to 1) 66kc.


Lets say I want the whole band to be the best it can be. 7.000 to 7.300
What frequency should I tune the resonant point to.
What kind of tuner should I use to force access of the whole band
with the *highest efficiency*?

I run qrp, so I'm looking for the most efficient way
to get power through a tuner to the antenna over the whole band.
