[Antennas] Info/advice sought on 2 el vert array for 40m

Even worse is LESS than 1/4 wl, i.e. when you try to stretch/antenna 
tuner a 20M vertical to 80M and are fighting 15 ohms of ground return 
loss against 1 ohm of radiation resistance.  Talk about a losing battle ;-)
