[Antennas] Info/advice sought on 2 el vert array for 40m

Hey Harvey,

How about a vertical dipole?  Or a OCF vertical like the R7 and later, and 
the GAP antennas?  They work pretty well, and don't need an extensive 
ground plane.  At best, they have a single counterpoise.

Change your statement to --NO 1/4 wave vertical--, and I'll go along with it.
