Pluses ... put up correctly <did you check the size of
the concrete base is requires> will probably outlast
many of us on this forum.

Minuses ... when all the work is done ... you still have
roughly a 0.25w vertical that needs a decent ground
system ... beware the 'factory' 160m kit will NOT take
the legal limit without arcing the base insulator setup.

A pair of HF2Vs might be a better return for your
investment, especially if you phase them for one
of the bands of choice there?

If the 18HT is free, and your labor is to dig/pour
the BIG HOLE is free, and the concrete is free ... 
well, then it begins to look quite attractive. B-)
