[Antennas] HY-TOWER 18ht by Hy-gain

Hello..all. ..i would like info on the HY-TOWER 18ht Antenna by Hy-gain  in 
how it plays on 40 & 75 and also how it holds up with the weather or if the 
tower parts rust out.
