[Antennas] Quadrifilar Helix

I have been researching the quadrifilar helix on the web for
possible use as a 2m ISS packet antenna. Most of what I've found
is for 137 MHz weather satellite use. Has anyone here built and
used a 2 meter version of this antenna?

I've just finished building a copper pipe version of L. B.
Cebik's Moxon Turnstile antenna and so far it seems to be
working well for the higher elevation passes, but leaves
something to be desired when the space station is less than 30
degrees above the horizon.

Will a quadrifilar helix provide a noticeable improvement over
the Moxon turnstile at lower elevation angles?

Are there any good websites that provide an easy to build set of
plans that result in working 2 meter quadrifilar helix?

Are there any other antenna designs that provide a pattern
similar to the quadrifilar helix?

Thanks for any input,
