Dear George,
Everyone that I know who uses a 160 M dipole with balanced feedline, is
quite happy with its performance on 75 M with no changes. In theory, you get
4 lobes instead of two in the horizontal pattern, but that is not usually a
concern.

More important, however, is the vertical pattern, which is influenced
significantly by height of the dipole. In most operating environments, the
vertical pattern is of more concern than the horizontal pattern.

Given your circumstances, I would not bother putting up a separate 75 M
antenna.
