Anyone out there remember the "True Match" which was one of the first auto
tuners
available to hams. Someone wrote up an article for one of the ham magazines
many
years ago. I believe the writer was from Watertown, NY. I saw the unit
demonstrated
at a Mid-South Amateur Radio Club meeting in Memphis in either '53 or '54.

The demonstration was done by an Officer from Millington Naval Station he
used a
small transmitter and about 60 feet of coax laying on the floor. As people
approached
the coax, the tuner would retune to compensate. I am looking for the schematic
and parts list.

Any help would be appreciated.
