[Antennas] Tower & Rotor Recommendations

Hello and thanks in advance for your help.

I am looking for recommendations on what kind of a
tower & rotor combo to buy.  I want something
free-standing or that can be attached to the eve of
the house.  I want to get up a minimum of 40 feet and
need to support 8 square feet of antenna.  I am
looking for the optimum combination of economy and
performance.  I have been looking at the tower offered
by Force 12, but I am not sure if this is good or not.
 Please give me your input and recommendations.  The
antennas will be a TGM MQ-36SR and an M2 2 meter cross
yagi.
