[Antennas] Field Day Grounding Safety

I am so glad this subject came up.  I too am worried
about my clubs' field day safety.  We will have one
gererator with multiple HF and VHF stations.  I believe
that the generator must be grounded but NOT the rigs! 
 
 If the rigs each have their own ground rod, doesn't
that create possible ground loop problems?.  Note that
in case of lightning, no station will be connected or
operating so lightning is not an issue for grounding.
 
So, I beleive that only the generator is to have a
ground rod, all the rigs are tied to ground thru the
power connector only.  NO other grounding is necessary.

 Is this a correct assumption ?
