[Antennas] Field Day Grounding Safety

This weekend we plan to have multiple generators, 4-5 different shelters
including Motor Home and Pop-up Trailers, various towers and dipole
antennas.

Considering the desire for a good RF ground, SAFE power ground, and the
always present Feild Day thunderstorm...What is the best grounding method?

Should each generator be grounded to Earth?  
Should each shelter be grounded to Earth?  
Towers will be grounded (may be not well but) since they sit on the ground.
Are the Coax cables going to create ground paths?
