Maybe some programs are not supported, but some are. I run GW Basic all
the time in Windows XP, and there is a DOS window, so I don't see why other
DOS programs would not be supported. I have some old software, and I'll
try some of possible mutual interest and if some don't work, I'll let the
list know. I do know some of the old windows 95 programs not only didn't
work, but they screwed up the operating system, and the computer wouldn't
start except in the "safe" mode. Two are Procomm Plus, and Adobe Photo
Deluxe, so all is not hunky dory. Probably just a Microsoft thing - if
everything worked, everyone would be disappointed.
