[Antennas] Versa Tuner 2

I have never posted to this list and I hope this isn't off topic. I have =
an MFJ-969 versa tuner 2. I am using a B&W folded dipole and an 80 meter =
dipole cut to frequency. The tuner had been working great up until =
recently. All of a sudden it won't tune 15 meters into it's internal =
dummy load. I can get the antennas tuned but no where near the =
recommended manufacturer settings on the antenna and transmitter =
controls. It tunes all other bands fine. I am using 70 feet of Flexi-4 =
for a feed line and about a 3 foot jumper from the tuner to the radio. [ =
Icom 706 mkII-G] I have checked the grounds and the swr on the antennas =
on by-pass and everything is fine. The B&W is 1.5 to 1 or less on all =
bands except 160 meters where it is 2 to 1. The 80 meter dipole is fine =
also with a 1.5 to 1 on most of the band. I simply can't understand why =
the thing won't tune into the dummy load less than about 2.5 to 1 or 2 =
to 1 on 15 meters. It is flat into the dummy load on the other bands. Am =
I being anal retentive or does it sound like something is wrong with the =
dummy load?=20
