Rolf,
Unfortunately you mistook my frustration for a bit of humor/sarcasm on my
part to let them know that I was totally dissatisfied with their Customer
Support and answer. I have been fighting this battle over the R-7000+ for
many years. They knew that they released a very inferior product on the
unsuspecting Ham market and when all hell broke loose with their product
they refused to acknowledge THEIR engineering and manufacturing errors and
refused to stand behind their product, all because they now had a new owner
and they were strictly profit driven and not motivated to stand behind their
mistake and make it right (replace, or refund the purchasers money) which a
good sound ethical company would have done.
I hope you understand now. Do you??
Thank you for your time.
Ron, N6PWW
