[Antennas] CUSHCRAFT CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Rolf,

I agree with you in part. However, ever since the Company was sold, there
has been a completely different attitude towards Hams. When I went through
my R-7000+ scenario attempting to get it to work properly (which BTW still
hasn't happened) they all but told me that they were not interested and were
actually considering dropping the Ham line due to lack of interest on our
part. As I understand it, several of their internal people are quite
disgruntled with the current management. I guess the old mighty dollar rules
again.

They have yet to fulfill my needs or at least meet me half way, but they
expect me to purchase a new vertical from them after I had spent roughly
$450.00 for an antenna R-7000+ that hasn't worked since I purchased it.

I do hope you are able to pass this along to them. I'm also curious to find
out what their reaction is to all our Customer Service complaints. Quite
frankly, they have a lot to learn in the customer Relations Dept. or perhaps
it is designed to be so, that way they do not have to deal with John Q.
Ham - IMHO of course.

Thank you for your time,

Ron, N6PWW
