don't hold me to this but I think the "magic length" for balanced line
is an odd multiple of 1/3 wavelength at the lowest band the dipole is
used on.  If that's 80 m., then 270 / 3, or 270, or 270 x 5/3... but
get confirmation on this before cutting wire.
