250THs and 3-1000Zs I'll agree with.

4PR-1000As can still be found in significant numbers.

One source is Vandenberg AFB, CA.  They have had pulls from their radar 
systems for decades.

I used to get them for $75 a pop.

Where the USAF gets their supply of 4PR-1000As, I have no idea.
