I suspect there are a lot of people on all the modes running much more then 
the allowed power.
Its easy to do, a pair of 813's will do twice the AM  limit easy.

I think the FCC is a shell of its former self.
One of those big bloated government departments that people hate, that can't 
even enforce regulations about crappy electronics that spews noise on all 
bands.

Its the same thing I guess, get rid of the regulations, or get rid of the 
regulators, and corporations can make another $.10 each device by leaving 
out the filters.

If you look at a lot of modern stuff, you can see where the filter parts 
go...
I can tell the people next door have a TV without the filter parts...
Its right on 3880.
